We firmly believe feedback is important and have made it as accessible as possible.
Our staff carry our printed leaflets, and we accept feedback by email, verbally or through the website.
As a Care Quality Commission registered company, we pride ourselves on our organisation and value our clients.
Our complaints, compliments and suggestions flyer can be downloaded from our downloads area at the bottom of this page. We can also send these out to you or they can be obtained from our staff on our vehicles.
