Ensuring the safety of participants and spectators is of paramount importance – and if you are the organiser it’s your responsibility. As it says in the Event Safety Guide "Event organisers must ensure a competent organization is appointed to manage medical services at an event" and "this organisation should be experienced in the medical management of similar events". Our management team are very experienced in Emergency planning and work closely with Civil contingency planning teams to take care of all eventualities.
Risk assessments and emergency planning
First of all we will provide you with a comprehensive risk assessment for your existing or planned event. This includes a full operational assessment which details what actions to take in the event of a major incident. This details the local hospitals and what they can offer. We can also contact the local health departments on your behalf to notify them of your event. We then provide an appropriate level of staff and equipment to cover your needs.
Wealth of experience
We are used to handling all types of events, from carnivals to boxing tournaments, fetes to festivals. Over the years we’ve handled a cumulative total of 2.5 million visitors and every time the proceedings have gone without a hitch. We work with Town Centre management companies, schools. local councils and no event is too big or small for us. We carry out regular training and desk top exercises for large events.
We can provide a range of services, from First Aiders to full Emergency Care Paramedics or single manned vehicles to a fully crewed and equipped Paramedic Ambulance to NHS standards. All staff are well versed in the latest emergency techniques and are fully insured. Our operating policies are also in line with NHS guidelines and best practice with regard to First Aid and pre-hospital care.

2011 sees us launch our dedicated Events team- capable of rapidly deploying our 3.6 x 3.6m all weather treatment centre equipped to a high standard and self sufficient with lighting, power, beds and command and control area. Our team trains regularly to provide one of the most cohesive and professional teams available.
