Capability and flexibility
We maintain crews on standby and they can be booked without delay whenever the need arises. These teams operate a number of units to provide the highest levels of patient care. Fully equipped to undertake patient transport duties and a wide range of services from routine transfer and transportation of patients to High Dependency . All vehicles carry the latest satellite navigation technology, as well as tracking and digital pen technology allowing secure online patient record management.

Years of pre-hospital NHS experience means all of our staff are completely up-to-date with all the latest procedures and have dealt with numerous situations – whatever the circumstances you can be totally confident they are up to the task.
From pick-up point to destination it is important to have seamless continuity of care. We therefore use the higher trained level of personnel for our High Dependency Service.
Every member of our crews is qualified and certified in the areas of equality and diversity, safeguarding children and vulnerable adults, manual handling, infection control, customer care, fire, health and safety, advanced first aid training. They have also successfully completed numerous other courses.

We provide these services on a regular basis to the NHS, private hospitals and care agencies, ensuring that patients or relatives arrive safely with dignity, comfort and confidentiality.
We undertake a wide variety of tasks, either on an ad hoc or contractual basis, often providing crews to clear beds or get patients to hospital at short notice - taking a patient to Oxford during a weekend of the heavy snow so they could have an operation the next day, or moving an elderly gentleman from flooded Cumbria to Salisbury, is the kind of challenge we regularly take in our stride.
Reliability, flexibility and efficiency are the distinguishing features of our service. We also offer online invoicing and clients have their own business account for ease of access to our finance system allowing secure online booking.
In 2011, we have moved over 6000 patients in excess of 220,000 miles and also worked in partnership with three major hospitals and ambulance services.
