Testimonials
As a company priding itself on professionalism a large amount of our work comes from referrals. Sadly there are many private ambulance services out there- some good, some bad. We believe in what we do and strive to get 100% client satisfaction. Still giving that personal touch, with staff who care. We will take time to ensure we give you what you need.
We have recently secured a large NHS contract as a result of a recommendation from an existing client.
Having passed our Care Quality Commission approval we would like to share some of our recent testimonials.

Many thanks for the most efficient way in which you transported my mother from Barrow-in-Furness to Stockcross yesterday. Andrew the driver and James who came with us were extremely professional and caring. I cannot recommend your service highly enough. She is now settling in nicely.
Thanks again.

Good Morning, I wanted to pass on my sincere gratitude to Virgina and Jason who had the task of bringing me from Bristol Royal Infirmary up North to Wakefield. From start to finish the guys were not only professional but extremely courteous and showed a great deal of empathy, this enabled me to feel safe in their care for the 3 hour 30 mins journey. Your vehicle and equipment were to the highest standard. The overall experience was perfect in this difficult situation for me. Please pass on my comments to your team.. Thanks again Gareth.

Additional comments:
As an in patient at GWH, I had to attend Bristol Heart Institute for an MRI Scan today. I would just like to pass on my thanks to your staff who transported me to Bristol. I found them to be very pleasent and generous. I was feeling very anxious about my MRI Scan, however, the medics that I had helped me the whole way through.

The Chap in question was taken off to Birmingham Hospital I believe where at 11.00pm last night they operated, he had obviously broken his femur and also his arm, and had severe bruising from head to toe, fluid on the lungs which I believe has been drained now and is still in intensive care that I know of. I would like to say that the comments I have had from a lot of riders who have called in today to praise AM Medical Services and also Tim my main marshal couldn’t praise you enough I am so glad we had you and if you need to know anything else feel free Wendy x

Hi Brian
Many thanks for your help, Penny did say that you were very helpful and you are by far the most helpful and efficient company I have dealt with since starting to organise this show!
Rachel.
Since receiving this email, we have covered the event and been booked for next year.
Swindon Big Arts Day 2011.
The Big Arts Day 2011 was delivered by Swindon Borough Council and Swindon Does Arts a partnership of arts organisations in Swindon on Saturday 9th July 2011 for an estimated audience of 25,000 -30,000. This was the second year the event had run and we were pleased to work with AM Medical Services to provide all medical support, plans, facilities and resources. As the Big Arts Day Event Director I was exceptionally impressed with the service provided by AM Medical. At all stages of event planning and delivery they were professional, gave us excellent advice and support and delivered a great service. I will have no hesitation in working with AM Medical again in the future and I recommend their services most highly.

We have also received letters of thanks from the Chief Executive of Great Western Ambulance Service NHS Trust and the lord Lieutenant of Wiltshire for our work with Wootton Bassett and providing cover for the Royal Wootton Bassett visit of Princess Anne and Prime Minister David Cameron, as well as numerous patients.
Recently one very large, first class hospital commented that our staff are the smartest, most pleasant, professional private ambulance service they see. This is a credit to our staff and management team.
