Cannulation is a skill which can be required in certain areas of the care environment. Ideal for staff requiring this skill in the care setting, this care covers the theory and practice of cannulation in an interactive way.The types of equipment used are discussed and best practice delivered in the techniques taught. The course requires the clinician to be regularly exposed to the skill, as competencies are needed to complete the course.
